The rooms were spotless and brand-new, were equipped with the bedroom, efficient IKEA furniture.

Some of the staff were not so helpful.

Tbh, had a very positive stay in customer service and courtesy that we 've had there. The hotel was spacious, with pretty friendly and amicable staff and favourable location close to everything. Location: the venue was just off Colosseum, Pizza Venezia, Campo dei Fiori and Vatican, supermarkets, and buses, trams and supermarkets.

The room was super clean and looked like it was just set up, plus it had a convenient little kitchen for making snacks. 🌟

The staff here were really nice and welcoming, just like I had hoped. 😊

We recently stayed at a fantastic family-friendly apartment in Rome for our sight-seeing trip. The spacious room had everything we needed, including a kitchenette with a washer/dryer. The reasonable price even included free wi-fi. The apartment was not centrally located but the convenient bus stop right next to the hotel made getting around easy. Although there weren't many nearby stores or restaurants, the front desk provided directions to nearby options. we had an excellent experience at Lux Appartamenti and would highly recommend it.

The apartment is well connected to public transportation and close to a few restaurants and a supermarket. the flat is equipped with basic amenities and helpful staff provide guests with a map of the area and mark important places to visit. the air conditioning works well for hot days.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a luxurious stay. The amenities were top-notch, with a dishwasher and washing machine in the room, making it easy for us to take care of any laundry needs. The hotel also offered secure parking for our car, which was a great convenience. Although the garage was a bit narrow, it was still a great feature to have. The hotel itself was located on the first floor and had elevators, making it easily accessible for everyone.

Although the hotel was a bit far from the city center, around 45-50 minutes by walking, we found it easy to navigate using the public transportation system. There were several bus and tram options available, dropping us off within a short walking distance from the hotel.

The apartment was well-equipped with modern facilities. The location was quite practical, with good access to public transportation. Furthermore, the staff was really friendly and helpful, which made the entire stay more enjoyable.

One possible downside was the noise coming from the surrounding area which could get irritating during the night time. Also, there was not much to do around the area during the evenings, so finding something to eat or drink could be a bit of an inconvenience.
